Fairly clean and ideal place, fantastic and awesome staff. The rooms with pleasant music. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Awesome and super location so close to Imperial palace, the hotel-most restaurants and metro lines, a variety of restaurants and shops, could not be better. Also, fantastic right next to subway station.

Clean hotel in a big building so close to the subway and surrounding attractions of Ginza and the metro line. Fantastic and exceptionally nice units with view and kind staff. A safe and a storage — very useful. Awesome, amazing location right next to a train station. Besides, easy to get to a sprawling wholesale fish market. Great stay for the price.

The hotel's location was marvellous, close to the Kabuki theatre as well as the property-most restaurants. Plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake.

Everything is great here, had a nice stay for the price. The staff are exceptionally nice, overall. The hotel is in a marvellous and incredible position and the airport is 20 km away. Chuo Ward district is worth looking into.
